Top Safety Pick: The F-150

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) ran a series of crash tests on the F-150 and several of its competitors. They videotaped the tests. The results dramatically demonstrate that when it comes to protecting what really counts in a pickup - the driver and passengers riding up front in the cab - no truck on the market does it better or more completely than F-150. That's how only F-150 earned a Top Safety Pick. In fact, F-150 is the only full size pickup to be named an IIHS Top Safety Pick and receive a NHTSA 5 Star Safety Rating.
