Get Ready for Big Changes with the 2020 Ford Explorer

It's never to early to think ahead, and 2020 vehicles are starting to make appearances on the auto show scene, and soon showrooms like ours at Colonial Ford in Danbury. The 2020 Ford Explorer is among them and it is going to have a new look and feel.

The 2020 Explorer now comes with Ford Co-Pilot 360™ standard. It gives you many safety features standard so you're going to feel secure onboard. There's also a new 10-inch display available with FordPass™ connect to give you remote vehicle access via a smartphone app to always know vehicle status. Along with that there's onboard infotainment and Wi-Fi available for 10 devices and a 50-foot range outside the cabin meaning those adventures out to camp can be connected.

There's also Terrain Management System™ which has multiple drive modes including rock and snow; a handy feature for those in Newtown, New Milford, Brookfield and Monroe, CT.

You'll also be able to find an all-new trim: the Ford Explorer ST. This adds more performance to the tune of 400 horsepower thanks to a 3.0-liter EcoBoost engine. You'll also get a racing and performance design from the Explorer ST, as well.

That's not all. Ford is set to debut the 2020 Ford Explorer Hybrid, with 500 miles of driving range, too.

It's exciting times ahead but if you can't wait, check out our selection of current 2019 Ford Explorer options here at Colonial Ford and take a test drive.
