Everyone was very friendly, and I felt honest as well when it came to the items my car needed/was recommended in addition to my oil change. The main waiting room is massive... seems like wasted space. Maybe add an arcade? =D

I have a certified pre-owned Focus. Nice car! This was a 30,000 mile service. There were a few things done that I am not sure needed to be done like flushing the transmission at 30,000 miles. I have a 2009 Ford Mustang that I love! My air conditioning was not working efficiently. The service team conducted a complete test of the system and corrected the problem. I was very happy that I needed only two minor parts to correct the problem. The system works great now.

The plug Fusion is a completely different type of car than i have ever driven before - Don had all the answers.There wasn't a hint of pushing to make a sale. Overall a positive experience with the car and the salesman (Tom Spegnolo). I would recommend both Tom and Colonial Ford. The entire staff is very professional and very aware of making the buying experience very smooth. As for Tom, he was very engaging and quite funny. My Mitsubishi Spyder is a dream and I'm happy I found it. Jim Crosby was a big help in showing me some of the bells and whistles so I could enjoy my test drive.
